about Our Story
About Me
My name is Jermaine Murray, and I am a (SI) survivor the founder of Fathers Against Human Trafficking and Online Exploitation, home of the Save Our Daughters Initiative and the Fathers for Purpose Youth Initiative.
I am a husband, father, Army veteran, leader, survivor, and man of faith who believes deeply in protecting our youth, strengthening families, and helping young people understand their worth before the world tries to define it for them.
This mission comes from a very personal place. It is not something I created because it sounded good. It comes from my life, my pain, my healing, my role as a father, and my belief that too many children are growing up without the protection, guidance, honesty, and support they need.
As a father of daughters, I know how heavy it feels to worry about the safety, value, and future of your children. I also know that today’s young people are facing dangers that many parents were never fully prepared for – online exploitation, grooming, trafficking, manipulation, emotional abuse, peer pressure, social media influence, and decisions that can change the direction of their lives.
But I also believe this work is bigger than protecting daughters alone.
We must also strengthen our sons.
Young men need guidance, accountability, purpose, emotional discipline, and positive examples of manhood. They need fathers, mentors, leaders, and communities willing to teach them that strength is not just about power – it is about character, responsibility, protection, self-control, and purpose.
Save Our Daughters. Strengthen Our Sons. Protect Our Youth.
My heart is to stand in the gap for families, fathers, mothers, daughters, sons, and communities. I want to help bring
awareness to human trafficking and online exploitation while also creating space for mentorship, prevention, youth
motivation, fatherhood, healing, and honest conversations.
Fathers Against Human Trafficking and Online Exploitation
I am not perfect, and I do not claim to have all the answers. My life has included hardship, trauma, mistakes, military service, loss, broken trust, fatherhood challenges, healing, and growth. But those experiences have shaped me into a man who understands pain, responsibility, accountability, and the importance of showing up.
I also believe vulnerability matters. For too long, many fathers and men have been taught to stay silent, hide their pain, and carry everything alone. I believe real strength includes the courage to be honest, to heal, to ask hard questions, to admit when we are hurting, and to still show up with love, purpose, and responsibility.
I believe authenticity matters. I believe truth matters. I believe fathers matter. I believe mothers matter. I believe our children matter.
This work is not about fear. It is about love.
It is about teaching our daughters that they are valuable, worthy, and not for sale.
It is about teaching our sons that they are called to lead, protect, respect, and live with purpose.
It is about helping families recognize warning signs before it is too late.
It is about giving young people the tools, confidence, and guidance they need to make wise decisions.
It is about protecting the next generation.

Our youth need us
- They need present fathers.
- They need strong mothers.
- They need honest conversations.
- They need safe communities.
- They need guidance before danger finds them.
I started this because I care. I started this because I am a father. I started this because I have lived enough life to know that silence, shame, fear, and avoidance can leave children vulnerable.
My mission is to use my voice, my story, my leadership, and my heart to help protect, educate, encourage, and empower.
Save Our Daughters. Strengthen Our Sons. Protect Our Youth.
