Our Mission

The Fathers for Purpose Youth Initiative exists to empower boys and young men to discover their purpose, develop strong character, and become leaders who positively influence their families, schools, workplaces, and communities. Through mentorship, education, leadership development, and positive male role models, we seek to raise a generation of men who lead with integrity, compassion, courage, and accountability.

What We Do

Provide mentorship that encourages personal growth, confidence, and resilience.

Encourage community service and civic engagement.

Develop leadership skills rooted in integrity, responsibility, and service.

Help young men recognize and reject exploitation, violence, substance abuse, and other harmful influences.
